I contacted your company in reference to a medical bill on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022. I spoke with Anthony about my bill. What an asset this gentleman is to your company. In this crazy world we live in now, many people that deal with the public have lost their ability to listen, the ability to converse about the issue, and the ability to create a helpful conversation that may resolve the issue. That is certainly not the case with Anthony. He was a true professional in every sense of the word. He listened to my concern, spoke clearly and intelligently about my issue, and truly wanted to help resolve my problem. He reviewed my information with me to make sure we were both on the same page, politely asked for additional information, explained why he needed the information, and was kind and courteous in the process.

I wanted to thank y’all for our best December revenue month ever, which was also our second highest revenue month in 3.5 years of operation. I notice that you somehow have convinced Blue Cross to routinely pay us at in network rates or higher for our group which contributed to record payments from them. We also set a monthly record for UHC payments, and our Aetna and Cigna payments were above average despite relatively lackluster volume the last couple of months.
I know things generally get tougher the first half of the year, and we still don’t know what the Obamacare policies are going to pay, but the increase you have shown so far over our previous years is very impressive.
